Fantastic staff - children truly included as we have a number of SEN. We built bird boxes, woodland habitats and looked at the animals. We had severe rain - but that did not stop us having a great time.

Fun, engaging and informative. We did a filed work study, 'Maths and Geography', measured fencing and built a habitat.

Very enjoyable day. The children really enjoyed it and learnt a lot. Thank you! A lovely Farm. We learnt about farm tools and machinery. We measured a field and went on a mini beast hunt. We chose the farm because of its ecological values and its fantastic location.

Great farm and woodland walk, identified plants and amphibian habitats, the best part was building a dam!

Year 3 had a fantastic day out at our visit to Browning’s Farm yesterday! We enjoyed learning all about the tools and machinery used, the wind turbine, the habitats in the woods and we even helped Mr Nicholls measure the fields so he can order new fencing! Our top three highlights were probably: making shelters for the wildlife in the woods; talking to the cows and our performance of our class song for Mr Nicholls and Mrs Allfrey in the woods! A massive thankyou to Mr Nicholls and Mrs Allfrey for having us and also to the parents who made it possible for us to go, by driving us all there! Thank you from all of Woodpecker class :)
